This Elite Commitment & Execution Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Ground Up Academy (“Company”) and the undersigned participant (“Member”).

This Agreement must be fully executed prior to enrollment and prior to any payment being accepted.

1. The Room You Are Entering

Ground Up Mastermind is an elite environment.

This is not a course.
This is not passive education.
This is not networking.

This is a room of developers, operators, and decision-makers committed to executing real ground-up development projects at a high level.

Admission is selective.
Standards are high.
Excuses are not tolerated.

By signing this Agreement, you acknowledge that you are entering a performance-based environment built on execution, ownership, and accountability.

2. Commitment to Execution

Results are not promised.
Execution is expected.

Member agrees:

To actively implement strategies discussed.

To attend and participate in all scheduled mastermind meetings.

To complete action steps and follow through on commitments.

To show up prepared, on time, and ready to contribute.

This is not information consumption.
This is applied action.

Your results will reflect your execution.

3. Mandatory Video Participation Standards

All mastermind sessions are conducted via live video meetings.

To preserve the integrity and performance level of the group, Member agrees to:

Attend sessions with camera ON at all times unless otherwise approved.

Be fully visible and professionally presentable.

Join from a quiet, distraction-free environment.

Not attend while driving, multitasking, or in noisy/public environments.

Eliminate background distractions (TVs, conversations, interruptions).

Treat each session as a high-level business meeting.

Presence equals respect.
Environment reflects commitment.

Failure to maintain professional participation standards may result in removal from a session or, if repeated, removal from the program.

4. Accountability & Performance Culture

Ground Up Mastermind operates on radical ownership.

By signing below, Member agrees:

To accept direct feedback and strategic challenge.

To participate in hot seats and peer accountability.

To speak with integrity and follow through on stated commitments.

To hold fellow members to a high standard.

This is not a comfort-based environment.
Growth requires pressure.
Pressure creates diamonds.

5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, frameworks, contacts, and discussions inside Ground Up Mastermind are proprietary to Ground Up Academy.

Member agrees:

Not to share, copy, record, or distribute materials without written permission.

Not to disclose confidential member discussions.

Not to replicate or teach proprietary systems externally.

Violation of confidentiality may result in immediate removal without refund and potential legal action.

6. Financial Terms & No Refund Policy

This Agreement must be signed before payment is accepted.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payment plans (if offered) must be completed in full regardless of attendance or participation.

Failure to participate does not relieve financial obligation.

Payment Options

Member agrees to one of the following payment options at the time of enrollment:

Option A – Installment Plan
Member may elect to pay four (4) equal monthly payments of $4,175, for a total program investment of $16,700.

·        The first payment is due upon enrollment.

·        The remaining three (3) payments will be automatically debited each month thereafter on the same calendar date.

·        Member authorizes Ground Up Academy to automatically charge the payment method provided for all scheduled payments.

·        Member is responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available on each draft date.

·        Failure of a scheduled payment does not cancel financial obligation.

Option B – Paid in Full (10% Discount)
Member may elect to pay a single payment of $15,030 upon enrollment, reflecting a 10% discount from the standard program investment of $16,700.

·        Payment must be received prior to participation.

·        The paid-in-full option is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payment Authorization

By signing this Agreement, Member expressly authorizes Ground Up Academy to charge the payment method provided for the selected payment option. This authorization remains in effect until all financial obligations under this Agreement have been satisfied.

Commitment is contractual - not conditional on mood or motivation.

7. No Guarantees & Assumption of Risk

Member understands:

Real estate development carries financial and market risk.

No specific financial results are guaranteed.

All investment and business decisions are solely the responsibility of the Member.

Ground Up Academy provides strategic education, mentorship, and community - not legal, financial, or investment advice.

You are responsible for your outcomes.

8. Code of Conduct

To protect the integrity of the room, Member agrees:

To act professionally and ethically.

To maintain respect for all members.

To avoid negativity, gossip, or disruptive behavior.

To operate with integrity in all business dealings.

Ground Up Academy reserves the right to remove any Member who compromises the standards of the group. Removal does not relieve financial obligations.

9. The Developer’s Declaration

By signing this Agreement, Member affirms:

I do not join casually.
I do not show up halfway.
I do not blame circumstances.

I take ownership.
I execute.
I build from the ground up.

This is a decision to elevate.

10. Term

This Agreement becomes effective upon signature and remains in effect for the duration of participation in Ground Up Mastermind for 1 year.
